Introduction & Background
Fay Younger is an experienced and professionally certified ICF coach who has spent the past 25 years working within global organisations. Over the last 10 years, Fay has worked at Insights Learning and Development as an Enterprise Learning Strategist, consulting with many of the world’s leading organisations from the tech, pharma and consumer goods sectors. Whilst remaining committed to her work at Insights, Fay has recently established her own external coaching practice to give her passion for coaching more focus and to enable her to work with her own portfolio of clients.

Prior to Insights, Fay spent 10 years at Philips leading the Learning and Development function working on cultural transformation and with responsibility for team and leadership development. In these roles, Fay has been an internal coach to VP’s, Managing Directors, Leaders and identified talent both on an individual and team basis.
Her specialist areas of expertise are in developing high performing teams, improving leadership effectiveness and working with those at transitional points in their careers. Individual Coaching is an area that she has extensive experience in and can provide bespoke solutions based on the needs of the individual.
